Cassandra Smith
AIC Candidate Member
Cassandra Smith, a Windsor native, has worked with E.S. Gorski Appraisals for over 10 years, 4 of those years as an AlC Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Her experience includes valuations of single family residential and multi-residential properties within Windsor-Essex County for various reasons including financing and legal counsel.
She is currently enrolled in the Canadian Residential Appraiser program through UBC Sauder School of Business working towards receiving her CRA designation.
